To say a situation that happens every Monday, Tuesday etc., use the time expression in plural in the association with preposition of time ON.
In the expression, I always do my English homework on Sunday, ON is used correctly.
Some time expressions like lunch time / midday / midnight, are used with At.
We use IN with time expressions that contains parts of the day (the morning /the afternoon / the evening), But the only exception is “At night”
To say Years We use the preposition of time Beyond (1989)
We use AT with time expressions or hours, for instance; I usually get up at 10 o’clock.

When the expression is about a day and a part of the day (Monday morning), the preposition ON is used
Months of the Year May / December Seasons of the Year (spring / summer / autumn / winter) we´ll use the preposition IN.
We normally have lunch at midday, is a perfect expression in the use of the preposition of time AT.
